Marmalade Cake

เคยมีประสบการณ์ที่กลิ่นหอมของเค้กสามารถพาเรากลับไปสู่ช่วงเวลาที่อบอุ่นใจไหมครับ สำหรับผม Marmalade Cake ของ Whalebake ถือเป็นหนึ่งในเค้กที่เติมเต็มความรู้สึกนั้นได้อย่างลงตัว ด้วยการผสมผสานระหว่างสปันจ์วานิลลานุ่มละมุนและบัตเตอร์ครีมที่ไม่หวานเลี่ยน อีกทั้งมามาเรดส้มโฮมเมดที่ให้รสหวานอมเปรี้ยวกำลังดี ทุกคำที่ตักกินเหมือนได้รับความสบายใจอย่างที่เค้ากล่าวไว้จริงๆ จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ผมชอบที่เค้กนี้ไม่พยายามทำให้รสชาติเยอะเกินไป แต่กลับเลือกนำเสนอความเรียบง่ายที่เข้าถึงใจ กลิ่นหอมของส้มจากแยมโฮมเมดช่วยเพิ่มความสดชื่น และตัวเค้กสปันจ์ก็ไม่หนักเกินไป ทำให้รู้สึกว่ากินได้เรื่อยๆ โดยไม่มีความรู้สึกเลี่ยน หลังจากลองทานแล้ว ทำให้ผมนึกถึงการทานขนมปังทาเนยเค็มคู่กับแยมส้ม ซึ่งเป็นความทรงจำที่แสนอบอุ่นในวัยเด็ก ถ้าใครกำลังมองหาเค้กที่เน้นความละเอียดอ่อน ทั้งรสและกลิ่นที่ไม่หวือหวาแต่ตราตรึงใจ Marmalade Cake ของ Whalebake เป็นอีกหนึ่งตัวเลือกที่น่าสนใจมากๆครับ โดยร้านตั้งอยู่ที่รามอินทรา 23 นอกจากนี้การสั่งผ่านไลน์ @whalebake.th ก็สะดวกมากสำหรับคนที่ไม่สะดวกไปที่ร้าน การได้ลิ้มลองเค้กที่เต็มไปด้วยความใส่ใจในทุกขั้นตอนแบบนี้ นอกจากจะได้ความอร่อยแล้วยังสร้างความทรงจำดีๆ ในทุกคำที่กินอีกด้วยครับ
