Was the hike really worth it?🤔🤔

This 5 mile roundtrip hike was absolutely worth it to explore this hidden cave.

📍Soldier Pass Cave - Sedona, AZ

🅿️ There is limited parking at the trailhead. You can park a mile up the road and take a shuttle if it’s available, or you can tack on another mile to your hike and walk from that lot.

💰You can pay for a parking pass or use the America the beautiful pass.

🥾The trail is relatively easy as you make your way past Devil’s Kitchen sinkhole and Seven Sacred Pools. You continue on the spur trail and it does begin to stay a steady incline. The last portion of the trail to get to the cave is uphill and rocky, so just be mindful. Getting into the cave is not nearly as challenging as Subway cave.

🪨 The cave is so incredibly beautiful. You can walk around and explore, and if you dare.. climb up even higher to the top of the cave/plateau. We did not do this part, we only explored inside and around it.
