“I hate my job” meal prep for busy days

The great thing about these meals is that it gives you energy to keep you running on work and everyday life. It’s also easy to make and isn’t time consuming to give you more time to sleep.😝
My favorite meal from these is the rice bowl. It tastes super yummy and has a nice sauce on top. It’s very fast and easy to make since it’s prepared with tuna!
