A fun movie from Director Begin again.
Power Ballard
* Rick, a singer at a wedding in Ireland, met Danny, a famous former boy band who was looking for his debut on the soloist route, at a wedding, and sat down and drank and talked about the song together. Months later, Danny took Rick's song that he had written (but had not finished) to re-arrange it until it became famous as a firework. Rick couldn't bear being stolen from the idea without giving credit, so he went out to reclaim justice from Danny.
* It's a movie about music, dream pursuit, and relationships. It's a simple narrative, interpolated with humor, with a dramatic knot in the style of the director. Power Ballard's point focuses on "sacrifice and acceptance." Look at Rick. Sometimes one's life has to give up some dreams in exchange for something that's worth us at the time. In the end, it can be a real pleasure in life. Because sometimes dreams and truths may not converge as one hopes, but ultimately we're happy with our own choices.
* Love that the director secretly drops many of the things that are in his old works to put in this story, whether it's the atmosphere in Dublin reminiscent of Once and the male characters who stand and play street music in a growing context, some of the merit actors who rejoin, such as the man who played the hero's brother in Sing street, who in that story left his dream and pushed his brother to pursue his dream instead of himself, and this one to play the manager. Danny, or the Perfomance scene at the end of the story, where the picture cuts between Rick and Danny, reminiscent of Begin Again, as well as the soundtracks selected in the movie that remind me of the past soundtracks of the director.
* The characters in the story are interesting. Danny (Nick Jonas) plays badly. He makes this character feel guilty in his heart after stealing the song. How to write a song without you. Continue to almost confess. Even though the boyfriend knows that this song Danny didn't write for her, he likes Rick's band. Even though it looks crazy, it's still tough. Especially Sandy likes this eye. Love the best friend. The scene with a girl lure at a funny party like this. Not all musicians have to be confused. 55
* Anyone who likes a good movie, a movie about a dream, or the work of John Carney must definitely love the Power Ballard. It's over to feel, "Maybe this life is just someone who loves, understands, and believes in us. That's enough, even if it doesn't succeed at all."
