Tenderloin de cerdos 👩🏻‍🍳🤌🏻

Jugoso, aromático y con un toque dulce irresistible.🤤

👩🏻‍🍳Ingredientes:

1 tenderloin de cerdo

2 batatas

3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva

2 dientes de ajo picados

1 cucharadita de romero

1 cucharadita de tomillo

1 cucharadita de sal

½ cucharadita de pimienta negra

1 cucharada de miel

½ cucharadita de cebolla en polvo

👩🏻‍🍳Procedimiento:

1. Precalienta el horno a 425°F.

2. En un recipiente mezcla el aceite de oliva, ajo, romero, tomillo, sal, pimienta, miel y cebolla en polvo.

3. Calienta un sartén y sella el tenderloin de cerdo por todos sus lados hasta que quede dorado.

4. Coloca el tenderloin sellado en una bandeja para hornear y viértele toda la mezcla de aceite y hierbas con miel.

5. Corta las batatas en trozos, mézclalas con un poquito de aceite de oliva, sal y orégano, y llévalo al horno

6. Hornea durante 35–40 minutos, hasta que el cerdo esté bien cocido y las batatas estén tiernas y carameliza 🤤
