👩🏻🍳Ingredientes
• Pollo molido (puedes moler pechuga en casa)
• Chorrito de aceite de oliva
• Sazonadores a tu gusto (opcional)
👩🏻🍳Procedimiento

I've tried making chicharrón de pollo several times, and baking it instead of frying is truly a game changer. Using ground chicken breast at home lets me control the freshness and fat content, making the snack healthier. Mixing in cornstarch helps absorb moisture and creates that irresistible crispy texture after baking. One tip I've learned is to spread the chicken mixture as thin and evenly as possible on the parchment paper — this ensures even cooking and prevents soggy spots. Around the halfway baking point at 375°F (190°C), flipping or breaking the mixture helps it crisp up better and brown uniformly. Additionally, allowing the chicharrón to stay in the turned-off oven for a few minutes helps it dry out fully without burning, so you get that perfect crunch. I like to experiment with seasoning blends too; adding smoked paprika or chili powder gives a nice smoky kick. Serving this chicharrón with creamy guacamole or your favorite dips turns it into a satisfying snack or appetizer. It's perfect for those who want all the crunchiness of fried snacks but prefer a healthier oven-baked option. I've found this recipe very versatile, and it always impresses friends looking for tasty yet guilt-free treats.
