Tips for Selling a Property Flip

When it comes to flipping property for maximum profit, it's often the small things that can make a big difference.

Good lighting can help enormously to present the property in the right way. Get some decent downlights in the kitchen and bathroom. Don't rely on the moody light that was there before!

All snags must be resolved prior to viewings. I used to be in so much of a rush to get a property on the market for sale I would list it even if a snag or two needed resolved. I thought it will literally take half an hour to sort those little snags so no big deal. However, I looked at things from a developer's point of view. Sure no big deal for me but for a first time buyer putting all their savings into a property, snags can be hugely off putting even if seemingly small! They think what else is wrong here?
