How I went from this too……
1) Changed what I drink
-WATER
- 1 energy drink daily (bloom, alani)
-Ocassonly skinny late
2) I started eating whole food
-fruits/veggies
-chicken/lean ground turkey
-non processed foods
-or foods with 4 or less ingredients
3) I go to the gym 6 days a week and stay consistent
4) I always try to get 10,000 steps in a day but on active rest days I do productive things like organizing, cleaning, laundry, never give myself time to sit down for over 30 mins
5) I started going to bed early and getting up and going to the gym early so my schedule is
4:00a.m. Wake up
4:15a.m. Gym
6:00a.m. Home
7:00a.m. Head to work
8:00a.m. Start my shift
4:00p.m. Go home
5:00p.m. Personal train
7:00p.m. Eat dinner/shower
8:00p.m. Bed
8:30-9:00p.m. Sleeping
If I fall asleep at 9:00p.m. I am getting 8hrs of sleep still
6) I always try to think the most positive and always be happy. Why waste time being mad when you can be happy and enjoy life. I didn't do this overnight I went through counciling and did lots of self mental health work to get where I am today.
7) love going to the gym don't dread it. Looking forward to your workout is always the best feeling in the world. Not only am I looking forward to killing my workout but I'm also looking forward to getting into that mentality of deep thought and focusing on myself.
8) don't make your life like mine but find better ways to improve your own mentality and ways to build your own routine that makes you happy.
