They keep doing this and it keeps being weird. Who are you to tell me what my future wife will care about who are you to tell me that I only have one future or that I’ll have a wife at all? It’s just odd and it’s harmful.#greenscreenvideo

... Read moreIn my experience, feeling pressured by societal standards about what a future spouse should value can be quite frustrating. Many times, messages like "Your future wife will want you to do X" or "You must embody Y to be worthy" are thrown around as if they're universal truths. However, these ideas often come from deeply ingrained cultural or political beliefs that don't necessarily reflect individual realities. For instance, the idea that controlling lust or being a good cook are must-haves for a partner comes from traditional frameworks that might not be relevant or fair today. This type of messaging often serves as a way to enforce conformity under the guise of preparing you for a relationship. But life and relationships are far more nuanced and personal. I’ve noticed that such statements sometimes function as indirect social pressure—implying that not meeting these expectations might disappoint family or community. This approach can feel manipulative because it rarely invites an open discussion about personal values. Instead, it assumes one standard fits all, ignoring how diverse people's priorities and relationships can be. It’s important to question why certain traits are valued and who benefits from these expectations. For example, emphasizing traditional religious or cultural values as metrics for a "good partner" often reflects the interests of dominant social groups rather than individual happiness. In my view, the best approach is to focus on self-awareness—understanding what you truly want and value—and cultivating relationships based on mutual respect and authentic connection, rather than external expectations. After all, your future is yours alone to shape, and your future spouse's desires are individual, not predetermined by anyone else's narrative.

Stop doing hamstrings curls like this..
The fix might be simpler than you think. Keep those hips down and let your legs do the heavy lifting. For those with stronger quads than hamstrings. I like to joke 😅: pretend you’re giving the bench a friendly nudge with your hips- it will help your hamstrings get the workout they deserve ! 👍🏼 I
