6. Become methodical. Plan your life better. Don't get lost easily.

7.EQ's better. Understand your emotions and others more than before.

8. Focus more on yourself. Pay less attention to other people's lives in a good way.

9. Thoughts are not distracted, ideas are organized well and less anxious.

10. Learn to "love in the process" rather than results.

11. See the beauty of the small things around you. And be grateful each day.

12. Writing and language skills constantly develop.

13.Diaries become evidence of growth, and precious memoirs.

14. Can move on from old love and be mentally immune to new love 💕 (remember because I started writing because I was heartbroken, haha)

15. Think more positively. See the good side of every situation.

16. Appreciate yourself and know that I deserve good things.

17. See true love from those around you, especially family and friends.

25. Have really found happiness from being with the present.
