Choco.Project Vol.6: Pop-Up Café Chocolate
The Chocolate Lovers Cafe is back in a Pop-Up style for people who want to sip intense cocoa and fine with an extraordinary dessert. The 6th Choco.Project, this time, opens at The Corner House, 4th floor, Little Market, Bangkok. This is a brand experience that is not a regular store, but a "special project" that rotates the logo and concept so that chocolate lovers can find each version by themselves.

Of the small intentions that became the big project of chocolate. 🍫
Choco.Project started by experimenting with chocolate menus and serving them in a small pop-up space before becoming famous from generation to generation, and became a project that people waited for every launch. The cuteness is that every season moves and reinterprets chocolate throughout - this is the warmest version through the natural light and art corner of The Corner House that takes the menu a step further. 🌿

This space is like a small art studio, a light wood table, with soft white light coming in from a large window. On the table are small details from the brand, such as smooth color cards, minimalist lines that make every dish look more special. The soft sound of the cocoa maker and the dark shock smell is the charm of this version. 🌿

The menu tried with phichit.
🍫 Tiramisu: Soft Tiramisu. Use a "dark but not bitter" dark shock to contrast with a tender cream. It's a slowly melting mellow.

One more thing: I think it's a good project. Every time Choco.Project opens, it's always well received by quality and decoration. We as followers seem to be Hopping to new neighborhoods, opening up to different places, especially people who like chocolate ☁️.
