The intention was to go from an northeast house to a vibrant store in a big city. 🌤️
The expensive word is characterized by seasonal local raw materials, folk vegetables, good quality meat, and "homemade fish sauce" fermented from naturally raised tilapia. It takes more than 8 years before cooking it to the heart of each dish.
All menus are designed with true northeastern charm, but adapt the details to the city - clean. The presentation time is contemporary and retains the vapor of the grandmother's kitchen. The new store at Paragon, 4th floor, enlarges this image. It has a design that uses natural materials, warm tone, simplicity that doesn't require too much effort.
