Tokachi Milky features 100% Hokkaido Soft Cream as its core. The milk is used from the shop's own farm in Tokachi on Hokkaido, which has been making dairy products since 1991. The main raw material is Jersey Milk, known for its extraordinary concentration and smoothness.
This milk is higher in fat and calcium than normal milk, giving the ice cream a soft, fine touch and a clear smell of milk without any other flavor. The color of the milk is naturally light yellow, so that it is called "Golden Milk," which is also used in the British court.
The menu of the store is not complicated, but it attaches importance to the texture and balancing of the flavors. The storefront is clear glass, clearly visible in the placement of snacks and ice cream. The inside has a little seating, better suited to a stop during the Central walk than a long ride.
