Strawberry cheesecake turnover

flaky puff pastry sheets ( any brand of your choice)

Cut into a nice square, brush with an egg wash ( I added a little vanilla extract and cinnamon to mine )

Turn over but do not seal brush top with egg wash

bake turnovers at 425 for 15 mins

Take Out let cool

Cheesecake mixture:

Strawberry flavored cream cheese

Regular cream cheese

2tbsp vanilla extract

1-2 cup powdered sugar

Mix u til combined

Chop your fresh strawberries

gently slice turnovers open and open them up a little bit

Pipe in the cheesecake mixture

Add the berries

Dust with powdered sugar
