Step outside: Don't wear sunglasses if possible (unless it's painfully bright), as your eyes need to receive the full spectrum of light. You don't need to stare at the sun, just be outside with your eyes open. Make it a ritual: Grab your coffee, walk the dog, do some light stretching, or just stand on your balcony. Make it enjoyable!
