Chinese Fitness Meals Are Truly Amazing!🥰

After experiencing three years of paralysis due to a spinal cord injury,🤣I managed to lose 20 pounds despite being unable to exercise during that time!

Even though I absolutely love working out🧐I have to admit that diet is super important—maybe even more so than exercise‼️ An unhealthy diet can easily add up: one soda or a snack can be 300-500 calories, which is about the same as what you’d burn in an hour of exercise, whether it’s weightlifting or cardio.

That’s why maintaining a balanced diet makes such a big difference for weight management! Here’s my one-week meal plan as a reference for you. I’ll keep sharing more healthy, Chinese-inspired recipes in the future, so be sure to follow me!

For breakfast, I often opt for something light but filling, like a simple congee with lean protein or a steamed egg custard. It’s gentle on the stomach and provides sustained energy.
