1. daylio: just started using this one really recently, it’s a fantastic app you can use for free as kind of an online journal! super awesome, 9/10.

2. i am: daily affirmations. it’s really customizable and it’s really gotten me out of a few tough spots!! also free. 8/10.

3. reflectly: kinda like a simpler, more aesthetic version of daylio. super awesome, inspirational quotes and journal entries and check ins. you can use it for free! 9/10

4. finch: you’ve probably seen ads for this and let me tell you it is SO WORTH IT. it really helped me get my life back together and you get to raise a little bird and even add your friends, all for free! it’s super motivational but isn’t like those “raise a pet” games where the animal is super needy. 10/10 one of my favorite apps!

stay safe!! take care of yourself and lmk if you tried any of these.

also if you wanna be friends on finch, this is my friend code: 7MGVPPRGLS
