Setting a timer to cry is so real. I used to do that in college and it helped sm to be able to get it out and get back on task

These actually see pretty helpful. I’m already doing some of them purely by accident 😂. I have a set time to cry but no timer so I need to do that. I always end my shower with a cold water rinse. I add a pinch of salt to my morning water. If I had to pick a song that uplifts me but is totally embarrassing it’s “little boo thang” 😂 ☠️. It makes me irrationally happy. Great tips. I’m gonna for sure start implementing the ones I haven’t. Great post.
