Being a baby nurse and going straight into labor and delivery can be so scary and overwhelming some days. Yesterday for the last hour, I sat by myself and played music and caught up on charting. It was the first time I left the unit without feeling anxious.
It’s winter time now. It’s cold outside and the sun does not last. I encourage everyone at any job to find a small chunk in their day where they can just unwind. It’s so necessary to give yourself grace in life. ❤️
