焼き餃子をきれいにお皿へ移すのは意外と難しいですが、私も小泉勇人さんのテクニックを参考にして何度か挑戦しました。最初はフライパンを返す際に餃子が偏ってしまい失敗もありましたが、ポイントはしっかりと中心で返すことです。 また、フライパンはしっかり熱して油を十分に回すことで餃子がフライパンにくっつきにくくなります。私の場合は、火傷防止のため箸やフライ返しをうまく補助的に使いながら慣れていきました。 皮から手作りした餃子は特に香りと味が良く、焼き上がりも格別です。焦らずゆっくりとフライパン返しに挑戦しながら、美味しい焼き餃子を楽しんでみてくださいね！ ※火や油の扱いにはくれぐれもお気をつけくだ さい。もし不安があれば、無理にひっくり返さず、フライ返しで丁寧に移すのがおすすめです。
