I did not choose this field by accident. I chose it because I saw firsthand what it looks like when someone does not have the right support and what it looks like when they do.
The difference is everything. There is nothing like watching someone communicate for the first time, regulate for
the first time, thrive for the first time. That is why I show up every single day behind this screen building this
community because every RBT we help get licensed is one more person equipped to change a life. That is Worn

When I first entered the wellness field, I didn't realize how profound the impact of proper support could be on someone's life. Witnessing a person communicate or regulate their emotions for the first time is an experience that stays with you—it's a moment of breakthrough not just for them but for those who guide them. The difference proper support makes is truly everything. Working alongside Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), I have seen how getting licensed equips them with essential tools to change lives every day. It’s more than just a career; it’s a commitment to influence positive change at the most fundamental level. Building a strong community of wellness professionals has become my mission because I know each person trained and supported in this field carries the potential to transform someone’s life profoundly.
