2024 Reading Wrap Up!

I’ve still got a few more books to go this year, but for right now, these are my top 9 out of 95 books read this year!

I think that Slewfoot was my number one read this year. It hit the sweet spot in fantasy, horror, and folklore/mythology. It was everything I hoped it would be and more. Buuuuut we’ll talk more about that later.

I’ve got a couple of amazing indie authors up there (KK Allen writes New Adult romance and romantic suspense, Riley Hunt & LS Embers write fantasy/romantasy) that I’ll always recommend.

The House of Hollow was a reread for me, but I love it for its gnarly dark folklore and the mystery of the three sisters.
