You donโt have to be โstrongโ all the time.
You donโt have to have it all figured out.
You donโt have to smile through pain just to make others comfortable.
Healing isnโt pretty. Some days itโs getting out of bed when you donโt want to.
Some days itโs canceling plans because your soul is tired.
Some days itโs just surviving, and thatโs enough.
Stop comparing your journey to someone elseโs highlight reel.
You are doing so much better than you think.
The world feels heavy right now โ but please remember:
You are not alone. You are not broken. You are not behind.
Take a deep breath. Drink some water. Text someone you trust.
And if today feels too hard, try again tomorrow. The world still needs you. ๐ฟ
