You donโ€™t have to smile through pain just to make others comfortable.

Healing isnโ€™t pretty. Some days itโ€™s getting out of bed when you donโ€™t want to.

Some days itโ€™s canceling plans because your soul is tired.

Some days itโ€™s just surviving, and thatโ€™s enough.

Stop comparing your journey to someone elseโ€™s highlight reel.

You are doing so much better than you think.

The world feels heavy right now โ€” but please remember:

You are not alone. You are not broken. You are not behind.

Take a deep breath. Drink some water. Text someone you trust.

And if today feels too hard, try again tomorrow. The world still needs you. ๐ŸŒฟ
