Week #3 Weight Loss

Started off the week strong and thought I was going to go to the gym all week. Unfortunately, I had a very stressful week. My mental and emotional state this week was at an all time low and I just couldn’t motivate myself to go to the gym. I’m pretty disappointed but I don’t want to beat myself down for it. Was thinking of not posting this update but this is reality. Sometimes you fail but you just have to get back up and keep pushing. Didn’t weigh myself this week either (didn’t want to beat myself up anymore if I saw no progress 😅).
