Week #6 Weight Loss
Did not go to the gym nearly as much as I would have liked to this month. It’s been harder to leave the house now that the weather is heating. Like I’m sweating outside and the thought of sweating again working out doesn’t really feel all that pleasant lol But I am still doing exercises at home so I can still hit my 3 to 4x a week goal of working out and that’s good enough for me. I’ve been slacking on my diet the past two weeks but I want to get back to cooking more home cooked meals again. I’ve just been very busy with family summertime activities so I’m not as disciplined as I was before.
