Week #7 Weight Loss
Hi I’m back 👋 I took a week off because I was on vacation with my family. I didn’t hit the gym but I was still tracking my calories. I think it was well needed because I came back this week actually missing the gym and was able to go harder than ever. I’m also feeling a lot better about my progress. Sometimes it’s good to step away from something to get a little bit of appreciation for it and I think that’s really what I needed. I’m still on track to losing the weight; went to the gym 3x’s and did one at home workout this week.
Starting Weight: 189 lbs
Current Weight: 175 lbs
Goal Weight : 115 lbs

Embarking on a weight loss journey can be both thrilling and daunting. In Week #7 of my transformation, I faced the challenge of maintaining my fitness while enjoying a family vacation. It’s essential to understand that consistency in tracking calories can yield great results even when you're away from the gym. After taking a well-deserved break, I was surprised at how motivated I felt to push myself harder once I returned. During this week, my workout routine consisted of three gym sessions and one at-home workout, which reinforced the importance of flexibility in a fitness plan. With my starting weight at 189 lbs and my current weight down to 175 lbs, I can see the fruits of my labor slowly paying off. Staying focused on my goal weight of 115 lbs gives me the drive to keep going, reminding myself that every small victory counts on this weight loss journey. In moments of temptation or laxity in workout schedules, I encourage everyone to reflect on their motivations and the progress they have made. Setting realistic goals and tracking achievements regularly can help in staying committed. Those who are also on a weight loss quest, remember that sometimes stepping away to recharge mentally can lead to greater appreciation and faster progress in the gym. It's a journey we all can manage with the right mindset!
