Full realistic day of eating on IF 16:8

hey guys! this is a realistic of what I eat in a day while intermittent fasting.. We started off strong for lunch, but i did have work today from 1pm-7pm. Not leaving me much time to prepare a meal before my eating window ended for 8. ( reason I need to start meal prepping🤦🏽‍♀️) BUT it’s ok, we’ll get there.. So my last meal was definitely rushed, however, i didn’t let that get me off track. i am a Louisiana girly and we love our seafood so i did have 1 boiled crab with my meal🫣 ( very good of me, bc i would normally eat like 5 at one sitting🤣)

** i refill my water cup atleast 6-7 times a day, and drink green tea during my fasting window to kind of suppress any cravings i may have during that time, + it taste great!**

my calorie goal is 1400 so i did do pretty bad today, but that’s why i love tomorrow!🥰🫶🏽 what im learning this time around on my weight loss journey is to not let 1 bad day ruin your progress or discourage you to quit! One day at a time! see y’all tomorrow! (:
