Easter Sunday Gym & Run
I am utterly knackered! Decided to do a Running Diary Attempt 9, and truly regret it. My legs have gone on a hiatus today. Did some calisthenics and kettlebell training today and I cannot tell you how much I miss the gym! Ok back to violin practice! Byeeee!! Happy Easter everyone!

Broke a new PB, Got. New shirt!

One the road to recovery!
It’s been about 2 months since I’ve last been to the gym. Started off with a shoulder injury in Sept, followed by a back to back bacterial infection then influenza A which resulted in a lung infection. Plenty of rest, and I’m ready to take it slow. Anytime Fitness Stevens
