1. delete people you don’t get inspiration from off social media. what I mean is, if it makes you insecure, jealous or anything other than happy , remove it!

2. self care!! gym, food, coffee, reading, day trips, prioritizing yourself!! if you’d do it for a significant other or a friend, do it for yourself!!!

3. new clothes new you , if you feel like you’re in a funk and never feel comfortable or confident in your outfits, get new ones! Thrifting is so affordable and gives you options outside of what’s “popular”

4. join a club, group or pick up a hobby! local library, churches, facebook groups are all great ways to meet new people and learn new skills

5. buy yourself flowers every week , walmart, aldi etc have flowers for less than $10!

6. journaling, diary, scrapbook, whatever! get those feelings out and make it your aesthetic!!

7. save money towards an event or trip you want to go on even if nobody else wants to go! you’ll never do anything fun that YOU genuinely want to do if you wait for someone else

8. meditating, spending time outdoors, listening to music and practicing mindfulness is a great way to focus on YOU

9. gift cards! hear me out, once a month or two, buy yourself a gift card and save it for your birthday or christmas!! no explanation on this one just seems fun lol

10. BE YOU. you are the only YOU. you are so unique and individual. an amazing person full of thoughts and love. don’t ever underestimate yourself!! you are beautiful and deserve the love you gives to others so easily.
