Small Changes Add Up
I keep saying it but small changes add up over time. A lot of people try to do too much too fast, and then they burn out and quit. Instead of doing 1-3 hour workouts 5-6 times a week, you can 10-30 minute workouts and have them be effective. It’s important to prioritize consistency over perfection.
