Genshin Mualani vs fire flower thingy

I used to struggle with it too, but I've found a super effective 'Mualani' combo that makes the fight so much smoother. Let me share my personal strategy with you! First off, let's talk about why this boss can be tricky. The Pyro Regisvine has a fiery core that pops up, and you need to break it to stun the boss and deal significant damage. This is where elemental reactions come into play. My 'Mualani' refers to my trusty Dendro character, which is key here! Dendro reacts powerfully with Pyro, creating a Burning reaction that continuously damages the core and breaks it much faster than other elements. So, having a Dendro character, like Nahida or even the Dendro Traveler, is a game-changer for this fight. My 1-2 combo against the Pyro Regisvine goes like this: First, as soon as the fight starts, look for the Pyro Regisvine's weak point, which is either on its head or at its base. If it's on the head, wait for it to slam its head down or use a ranged Dendro attack. If it's at the base, get close and apply Dendro. Once you hit that weak point with Dendro (or Hydro/Electro, but Dendro is my personal favorite for speed), the core will appear. This is your '1' – breaking the core. The '2' in my combo is unleashing all your strongest attacks while the boss is stunned! After its core is broken, the Pyro Regisvine collapses, leaving it vulnerable. This is your window to switch to your main DPS and unload everything you've got – elemental bursts, skills, everything! I find that characters like Xingqiu, Yelan, or even a well-built Keqing can really shine during this stun phase. The goal is to maximize your damage while it's down, ideally knocking out a good chunk of its HP before it recovers. Another tip for this fight, especially if you're exploring Sumeru's vastness and trying to, say, Find Aranakin, is to be mindful of your team composition. Besides your 'Mualani' (Dendro character), consider bringing a shielder or a healer. The Pyro Regisvine has some big AoE attacks, and having a shield from Zhongli or Layla, or healing from Bennett or Kokomi, can really save you from getting overwhelmed. Keeping your team healthy means you can focus on breaking those cores. Don't forget to dodge! Even with a shield, learning the Regisvine's attack patterns will help you conserve stamina and keep your characters safe. It often sweeps its fiery head or shoots projectiles, so keep an eye out.
