・ Rice (cold rice): 300g
2 eggs.
・ Peeled shrimp... 50 g
Ham (or grilled pork): 40g
・ Green peas tablespoon 2
・ Long onion: 1 / 4
・ Vegetable oil: 1 spoon spoon
[Seasoning]
· Chicken glass soup base... 1 teaspoon
・ Salt and pepper... a little
· Soy sauce... 1 / 2 teaspoon
・ Sake: 1 tsp

① If you use cold rice, the rice will be smooth. Beat the egg.
② Heat the oil in a frying pan, softly cook the eggs and take them out once.
