🦐鸡公虾很适合第一次点，大块鸡肉搭配新鲜黑虎虾，先吃主锅，吃完还能继续加配菜涮，汤汁也不会浪费。
🥩黑松露牛肋排切片摆盘，黑松露香气很突出，牛肋排软嫩入味，喜欢黑松露味道的可以试试。
🦪蚝仔煎外壳焦香酥脆，生蚝和小鱿鱼料很足，蘸甜辣酱一起吃，蛋香混着海鲜鲜味，一口下去很满足。
🥚金银蛋苋菜用咸蛋、皮蛋熬出金黄浓汤，苋菜软嫩又吸满汤汁，吃了几道重口味的菜，中间来一份刚好解腻。
🦑海鲜捞饭强推！生蚝、虾仁、鱿鱼铺得满满当当，红亮浓稠的酱汁裹满米粒，拌着吃特别香。
🍧爆浆奥利奥雪冰也很好吃，冰沙细腻顺滑又不会太甜，巧克力酱醇厚，饼干碎增加一点酥脆感。吃完热乎乎的一桌，再来一份刚好解腻降温。

Visiting Sentosa can work up quite an appetite, and if you're like me, ending your trip with a warm, satisfying meal is the best way to round off the day. Little Pond in VivoCity has become one of my favorite spots thanks to its cozy atmosphere and impressive hotpot selection. What stands out most is their 'always hot' serving style — each table has a built-in heat preservation stove that keeps the whole pot piping hot from start to finish, ensuring every bite is as flavorful and comforting as the first. The Chicken Prawn Hotpot caught my attention during my first visit. The generous chunks of tender chicken combined with fresh black tiger prawns offer a perfect seafood and meat fusion. It’s cleverly designed so that after finishing the main pot, you can continue adding vegetables or other ingredients to cook in the leftover rich broth, minimizing waste and maximizing flavor. If you enjoy aromatic and gourmet touches, I highly recommend the Black Truffle Beef Short Ribs. The truffle aroma complements the meat's tenderness beautifully, creating a luxurious and memorable dish. I found this especially great when paired with some of their crispy Oyster Pancakes, dipped in the slightly sweet and spicy sauce, it’s a texture and flavor delight. For those looking for something to help balance richer dishes, the Golden and Silver Egg Amaranth is a hidden gem. The combination of salted and century eggs simmered into a golden broth with tender amaranth creates a comforting palate cleanser that is both nutritious and delicious. One thing I admire about Little Pond is their $1 unlimited drink and dessert bar. It offers free-flow ice cream, freshly brewed coffee, floral teas, and sodas which perfectly complement the meal and provide a sweet, refreshing end with items like the Oreo Snow Ice — creamy yet not overly sweet, with crunchy cookie bits for texture. This spot is great not only for families but also for groups of friends or anyone craving a hot, hearty meal after spending hours exploring Sentosa. The combination of fresh ingredients, continuous hot broth, and affordable add-ons makes Little Pond at VivoCity a standout dining choice in Singapore’s bustling food scene.
