Not quite yet Friday, but it's Thursday 🤍

Today was better than yesterday. My mind has been wandering off lately (as it normally does) and there's a few things that have caught my attention and I want to give a try or learn. There's too many forms/ways of exercise/working out and I want to do them all sometimes 😅, then theres times I feel overwhelmed especially because Idk what I'm doing for the most part. I do my best to follow along or follow the advise from others but I simply prefer having someone there telling me if I'm even doing things correctly, in the meantime I do what I can based on what I see or hear people say. I love it when fitness creators explain what where or how its supposed to feel bc it gives me better understanding on what to change or improve. Anyways I think I went on off on my side thoughts. Today I decided to have a little fun and get on the treadmill in between each workout 😊.

From personal experience, mixing strength training with treadmill cardio—as described in this routine—helps maintain energy and focus throughout the session. Alternating between resistance exercises like shoulder flys and triceps dips with short treadmill intervals keeps the heart rate elevated and muscles engaged, improving both cardiovascular health and muscle tone. It's natural to feel overwhelmed by the many workout options available. When I first started, I often felt unsure if my form was correct or if I was maximizing my time. Watching fitness creators who explain the sensations you should feel during each exercise was a game-changer. It helped me adjust my posture and intensity, reducing injury risk and boosting confidence. Incorporating treadmill breaks between sets not only adds a cardio boost but also serves as active recovery, helping prevent muscle stiffness while keeping the session dynamic. Starting your workout with clear goals—like mastering form or increasing endurance—can help navigate those moments when your mind wanders or motivation dips. Remember, it's perfectly fine to do what you can and progress at your pace. Doing a variety of exercises, even if not perfectly executed at first, builds experience and helps you discover what works best for your body. Over time, these small steps add up to meaningful fitness gains and a more enjoyable journey overall.
