- Ground beef

This package contains 4 servings (21g of protein per serving) I began by spraying a small skillet with a non-stick spray and letting the ground beef sit on low/med heat for 5 minutes before mixing and breaking apart. This helps caramelize the turkey, making it more flavorful and better in texture. I added a pinch of salt, pepper and garlic powder.

- Air fried baked potato

I washed 1 whole russet potato and pierced it all around with a fork after I patted it dry with a paper towel. I gave it a light rub with olive oil and sprinkled a little salt before putting it in the air fryer at 400 degrees (50-60 minutes).

Note: I didn’t start cooking my ground turkey until my potato was almost done so it wouldn’t be cold.

- Organic broccoli

These frozen bags (found at Aldi) are my favorite. Organic and a time saver 😊 Just pop in the microwave.

Once the baked potato was done, I sliced it in half and added one slice of Colby jack cheese (5g of protein) and topped it off with a tbsp of Mexican cream with a dash of salt.
