From 83kg to 70kg and still going

Guys, i just want to documented my fat loss journey here.

I am turning 40 myself this year and my weight has been the heaviest of my life (without baby in my belly) that i decided to join the 90 days program. (I am not selling btw).

I know the logic, calorie in and out (deficit calorie) is what works to lose weight. But i just couldnt.
