How I decorate around my depression era
During quarantine time I went into a deep depression and I was having panic attacks and I couldn't leave my home. Since I was spending a lot of time at home, I wanted to decorate certain areas in my apartment that will bring me some type of Joy.
During this time I started getting into reading, so the first thing that I wanted to do was to have a cozy reading nook. Having this space in my apartment, it helped me because I had a dedicated area, where I could just go sit down and read my favorite books and just kind of forget about life.
Another project that I wanted to do was to decorate my dining area. I had an open wall where I wanted to have some shelves and add some decor because I knew that it was a project that it was gonna take some time to do so it will keep my mind busy.
