「きままdeまんま」って検索すると、メニューや写真、レビューを先に見たい人が多いと思うので、私が行った時の体感でまとめます（※内容や価格は日によって変わる可能性あり）。 まずお店は堺市の深井エリア。手作り定食のお店で、いちばん刺さったのは“選べる小鉢”の満足度。メインが日替わり感覚で楽しめるだけじゃなく、小鉢がちゃんと手間かかってて、どれもご飯が進む味でした。「小鉢＝脇役」って思って行くと、良い意味で裏切られます。 私が頼んだのはAセット。メインはチキンカツ（トマトソース）で、衣サクサク＋ソースがしっかり絡んで、見た目よりパンチあります。そこに小鉢を4品選べて、みそ汁と漬物が付くスタイル。初見だと小鉢選びで迷うので、写真を撮りたい人は“色が違う系（煮物・和え物・揚げ/炒め系）”を混ぜると定食が一気に映えます。 ご飯は「盛り放題」なので、最初に自分のベスト量をしっかり盛るのがコツ。というのも、おかわりが別料金の日もあるみたいで、後から「もっと食べたい…」ってなる可能性あり。小鉢がご飯泥棒系なので、気持ち多めスタートが安心です。 あと、余裕があれば“だし巻き”は追加推し。あつあつでぷるっとしてて、定食の満足度が一段上がります。同行者とシェアしても良いし、写真目的でも主役になれる存在感。 「深井ランチ」で、ちゃんとお腹いっぱいになれて、しかも家庭的な手作り感を楽しみたい人に合うお店。美原区方面からでも車や移動ついでに候補に入れやすいと思います。行く前は、最新のメニューや営業時間をチェックしておくと安心です。
