So, after my heart attack in 2017 I had lost about 128lbs and proudly kept it off. I had changed my diet due to heart attack & becoming a dialysis patient. But life happy and I gained 30lbs back. So I started focusing back on it and I’m happy so far as of 1/31/25 I’m down 25lbs these last 8 mon
