God always with you Anxiety and worry ✨
Life can throw so many curveballs, and honestly, sometimes the weight of anxiety and worry can feel absolutely crushing. I used to find myself constantly caught in a cycle of 'what if's' and 'tomorrow's problems,' and it felt like my heart was always burdened. But through it all, I've discovered a powerful anchor: faith. For anyone out there struggling, I want to share how trusting in God's presence has been a game-changer for me. It's not about magically making problems disappear, but about shifting your perspective and finding strength even when things are tough. One of the biggest lessons I've learned is from Proverbs 3:5 – to not lean on your own understanding. It’s so easy to get wrapped up in trying to figure everything out on our own, which often just fuels anxiety. Instead, I’ve tried to truly trust in the Lord with all my heart. This means actively reminding myself of the faithfulness of God. When worries about tomorrow creep in, I remember words like those in Matthew 6:34, which encourage us not to worry about its tomorrow, because each day has enough challenges of its own. It’s a daily practice, really, of handing over those prries (worries) to the es of God. It’s about recognizing that in every situation, God is always with you. His steadfast love is a constant, unwavering presence. When anxiety tries to take hold, I consciously make an OPPOSITE choice: to lean into FAITH. This isn't always easy, and some days it feels like a battle, but the peace that comes from surrendering those burdens is incredible. Practically, this looks like starting my day with prayer, giving thanks, and laying out my concerns. It also means diving into scripture, letting those ancient words of wisdom speak directly to my heart. Finding verses that remind me of God’s care helps me not lean on my own thing but instead rest in His divine plan. It’s a journey of learning to let go, finding comfort in knowing that I don't have to carry every burden alone. If you're wrestling from your anxieties, remember that leaning on faith can offer a profound sense of calm and hope.
