ถ้าใครกำลังหาว่า “CeraVe รักษาสิวใช้อะไรดี” หรือเล็งหลอด CeraVe Blemish Control Gel (แบบ tube) อยู่ เราขอสรุปวิธีใช้ให้เข้าใจง่าย ๆ แบบที่เราทำจริง เพราะตัวนี้เป็นกลุ่ม AHA + BHA ช่วยเรื่องสิวอุดตัน/สิวผดได้ดี แต่ต้องใช้ให้ถูก ไม่งั้นผิวลอกหรือแสบได้ค่ะ 1) เริ่มจาก Blemish Control Gel ยังไงให้ไม่ระคายเคือง สำหรับมือใหม่เราแนะนำให้เริ่ม “สัปดาห์ละ 2–3 คืน” ก่อน ทาทั่วหน้าหรือเฉพาะโซนที่อุดตันก็ได้ (เราชอบทาบาง ๆ ทั้งหน้าโดยเน้นทีโซน) แล้วค่อยเพิ่มความถี่เมื่อผิวเริ่มรับไหว จุดสำคัญคือทาแบบบางจริง ๆ เพราะ AHA/BHA ถ้าจัดหนักเกินอาจทำให้ผิวแห้ง ลอก หรือสิวเห่อช่วงแรกได้ 2) สลับคืนกับ Retinol อย่าทาคืนเดียวกัน หลายคนอยากลดสิวและลดรอยพร้อมกันเลย แต่สำหรับเรา “อย่าทา Blemish Control Gel พร้อมเรตินอลในคืนเดียวกัน” โดยเฉพาะช่วงเริ่มใช้ เพราะเสี่ยงระคายเคืองมาก วิธีที่เวิร์กคือ - คืน A: Blemish Control Gel - คืน B: มอยส์อย่างเดียว (พักผิว) - คืน C: CeraVe Resurfacing Retinol Serum แล้ววนไปเรื่อย ๆ พอผิวแข็งแรงค่อยปรับเป็นสลับคืน A/B ตามที่ไหว 3) มอยส์คุมมันช่วยกันผิวพัง (และแต่งหน้าต่อได้) วันที่ใช้กรดหรือเรตินอล เราจะตามด้วย CeraVe Oil Control Moisturising Gel-Cream เสมอ เพราะเนื้อเจลครีมเบา แต่เติมความชุ่มชื้นพอให้ผิวไม่แห้งตึง พอผิวไม่ขาดน้ำ ความมันระหว่างวันก็มักจะลดลงด้วย สำหรับคนเป็นสิวง่าย เราว่าตัวนี้เป็น “ตัวกันพลาด” ที่ทำให้ใช้แอคทีฟต่อเนื่องได้ 4) ตอนเช้าต้องกันแดดจริงจัง เช้าวันถัดจากคืนที่ใช้ AHA/BHA หรือเรตินอล เราจะลง CeraVe Facial Moisturising Lotion AM SPF50 เป็นขั้นตอนสุดท้าย เพราะผิวไวแดดขึ้น ถ้าไม่ทากันแดด รอยสิวเข้มขึ้นง่ายมาก ทาให้ถึงปริมาณพอประมาณ (อย่าบางเกิน) แล้วค่อยแต่งหน้าต่อ 5) เช็กลำดับการทาแบบเร็ว ๆ - กลางคืน (คืนใช้กรด): ล้างหน้า > Blemish Control Gel > Oil Control Gel-Cream - กลางคืน (คืนใช้เรตินอล): ล้างหน้า > Retinol Serum > Oil Control Gel-Cream - ตอนเช้า: ล้างหน้า > มอยส์ (ถ้าต้องการ) > Lotion AM SPF50 ทริคเล็ก ๆ จากที่ลองเอง: ถ้าวันไหนเริ่มแสบ/ลอก ให้ลดความถี่ทันทีและเน้นมอยส์มากขึ้นก่อน ไม่ต้องฝืนใช้ทุกวัน ผิวจะกลับมานิ่งแล้วค่อยไต่ความถี่ใหม่ค่ะ
