私は以前、家のリフォームに取り組んだ際、人に見せるためではなく自分が本当に好きなものだけを揃えることにこだわりました。例えば、キッチンの扉やドアを白く塗って雰囲気を変えたり、観葉植物を取り入れることで自然の癒しを感じられる空間にしました。 最初は気を遣って置いていたものが多く、なんとなくしっくりこない部分が多かったのですが、思い切って自分が心地よいと感じるものだけに絞ると、家に帰ることがすごく楽しみになりました。好 きなものに囲まれると、ストレスが軽減され、心も明るくなります。 また、リフォーム後はお家に帰った時に気分がリセットでき、明日もまた頑張ろうという気持ちが湧いてきます。家は建てて終わりではなく、住む人の暮らし方に合わせて変化していくもの。だからこそ、自分らしい空間づくりを楽しんでみてくださいね。 もしお部屋の中に「なんだかしっくりこないもの」があれば、それを見直す良いタイミングかもしれません。私の経験では、少し手を加えることでこれまでのストレスが軽減され、毎日が楽しく過ごせるようになりました。 自慢したくなるような自分だけの空間をぜひ作ってみてください。そうしたら自然と人にも見てほしくなりますよ！
