私は以前、エイブラハムの教えに触れてから生活の中で「波動を整える」小さな習慣を意識的に取り入れるようになりました。特に自然とのふれあいが心に与える効果を強く実感しています。晴れた日の青空や緑豊かな山々を見るだけでなく、雨の日のしっとりとした空気を吸い込むことで気持ちが落ち着き、ネガティブな感情から解放されていくのです。 瞑想については最初は構えすぎていましたが、呼吸に集中したり、周囲の音に耳を澄ますだけで十分リセットできることがわかりました。思考が浮かんでも再び呼吸に意識を戻せばOKという感覚を掴めてからは、少しの時間でも集中できるようになり、心が静まるのを日々感じています。 また、日常の中で辛い出来事に直面したとき、「良かったこと」を一つ探す癖をつけると、ポジティブな波動が自然と増幅され次の幸運を呼び込みやすいと実感しました。例えば、体調を崩さず一日を過ごせたことや美味しい食事を感謝して食べられたことなど、小さな肯定が大きな心の支えになります。 そして何より驚いたのは、内なる存在の存在を思い出しその声に耳を傾けることの温かさです。迷いの時にふっと感じる安心感がまさにそれで、自分の意思だけではなく自分を導いてくれる存在がいると信じられることで、心に強さと穏やかさが生まれました。 これらの習慣は特別な準備も必要なく、誰でも日常に無理なく取り入れられるものばかりです。忙しい現代の生活でも、自然の中で深呼吸したり、数分間の呼吸瞑想を行うだけで「波動」が整い始め、心身の調和が整うのを感じられます。エイブラハムの教えを参考にしたこの実践法は、引き寄せの法則を日常生活で活かしたい方にとってぜひ試してほしいアプローチです。
