A sign that gently presses your shoulder.

私もゆうさんの教えを参考に、30日間毎日この4つの習慣を続けてみました。特に印象的だったのは、天気に関わらず外に出て自然を感じることです。雨の日にしっとりした空気を深呼吸すると、本当に心が軽くなるのを感じました。 瞑想も短時間でも続けることで意外と効果があり、忙しい日でも呼吸に意識を向けるだけでリセットできます。完璧を目指さず、ゆるく続けるのが続けやすいポイントだと思います。 また、嫌なことがあっても「よかった部分」を探す習慣はポジティブな波動を作り出し、気づけば自分にとって良い出来事が増えてきた気がします。 内なる存在とのつながりを意識すると、不安なときにふっと安心できるような感覚があり、孤独感が和らぎました。 記事の画像にもある紅葉の並木道の景色や、居心地の良い車内での読書時間など、心にゆとりを持つことも波動を整える大切なポイントだと感じました。皆さんも無理せずできるところから試してみてくださいね。
