「SOUTHEAST メニュー」で探している人向けに、行く前に私が知っておきたかった“メニューの見え方”を補足します。 まず看板はやっぱりフレンチトースト。季節のフルーツを使ったメニューが出ることが多く、私が行った時も限定感のあるいちご系が目立っていて、写真映えも満足度も高めでした。甘めのデザート系だけじゃなく、軽食寄りのメニューもあるので「甘いのは重いかも…」って日でも選びやすい印象です。 モーニング（9:00〜11:00の時間帯）は、通常のカフェ利用とメニューの雰囲気が少し違うので要チェック。ドリンクとサラダがセットになった朝専用メニューがあるので、フレンチトースト狙いじゃなくても「ゆっくり朝ごはんしたい」目的で使えます。週末や休日は特に、モーニング時間に合わせると過ごしやすいことも。 甘い系でいうと、季節のパフェやプリンも人気枠。フレンチトースト＋パフェはさすがにボリュームが出るので、2人以上ならシェア前提で頼むとバランス良いです（ワンオーダー制なので、人数分の注文は必要）。 注文の流れは先払い。席を確保してからカウンターで注文・支払いなので、初見だと「先に並ぶの？座るの？」って迷いがちですが、空席があれば先に席取り→注文がスムーズでした。あと電話対応が基本ないので、混雑や当日の提供メニュー（季節限定がある時期など）は公式Instagramで確認しておくのが安心です。 アクセスは阪急武庫之荘駅から徒歩約10分。専用駐車場はないので車なら近隣のコインパーキング利用になります。店内は広めでベビーカーでも入りやすい作りだったので、子連れカフェ探しにも候補に入ると思います。 「どのメニューにするか迷う…」という人は、初回は季節のフレンチトースト＋ドリンクにして、余裕があればプリン or パフェを追加、くらいが満足度高めの組み合わせでした。
