② Just drag down the ➕ mark at the bottom right of the selected range while holding down Shift!

Excelで行を一気に増やしたい時、実はShiftキー＋ドラッグで直感的に操作できるのをご存知ですか？私も最初は右クリックのメニューから行挿入ばかりしていましたが、Shift＋ドラッグを知ってからは作業がとてもスピーディになりました。 特に、画像のOCRにもあったように、学校の宿題やワークなどで成績処理をする際、中学生ママの私には時間が貴重。この方法なら、右隣に別の表があってもレイアウトがずれにくいので安心です。挿入したい行数分を選択してShiftを押しながら下方向にドラッグすれば、瞬時に複数行追加できます。 また、自動保存機能を活用しつつ、このショートカットを組み合わせると、より安心して作業ができます。Excelでのドラッグ操作はマウスなしでもキーボードから可能ですが、このShiftキーとの併用は覚えておくと本当に便利。 私はこの操作を覚えてから、Excelの作業効率が 格段にアップして、家事や他の仕事の時間も確保できるようになりました。ぜひ皆さんも右クリックを使わずに、この時短テクを活用してみてください。きっと「知らなかった！」と感動するはずです。
