By far my best go-to salad ever! I ALWAYS have Arugula, lemons, feta and the one and only Rustico Olive Oil. Add some red onion, fresh dill and sundried tomatoes. Drizzle olive oil, lemon and some salt flakes…. Heaven! What would you guys add for added flavor?
