S’mores Cookies 🍫🔥

1/2 cup unsalted butter

2/3 cups light brown sugar

1/4 cup white granulated sugar

1 large egg, room temp.

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup all purpose flour

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking salt or regular salt

* Chocolate chips of your choice, measure with your heart

* Graham crackers, use 1/2 a sleeve

* Two hershey’s bars

* Jumbo marshmallows, about 6

Bake Temperature: 350F

Bake Time: 14-17 minutes

Yields: 6 jumbo cookies 🍪 (approx. 3 tbsp of cookie dough)

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. In a bowl, add your flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix and set aside.

3. In another bowl, add your cooled butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Cream together for about a minutes until everything is fully combined.

4. Add your egg and vanilla extract. Mix.

5. Combine your wet and dry ingredients.

6. Add your chocolate chips and fold into cookie dough.

7. Cover cookie dough and place in fridge to cool for 30 minutes.

8. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.

9. Add your 6 half sleeves of graham crackers to your cookie sheet.

10. Add your hersheys bar on top of graham cracker, about 3 pieces.

11. Add your a marshmallow on top of each.

12. Once cooled, take out and start scooping your cookie dough balls. Flatten out a bit and place on top of each marshmallow/graham cracker s’more base.

13. Bake at 350F for 14-17 minutes until edges are golden brown.

14. Take out and let cool for 5-10 minutes or enjoy warm 🍪🍫🔥
