- BIG trees that have fallen that are probably at least 20 feet tall,also uprooted
- the above statement also includes the big tree was right next to our house
- the roof to this house we are renting was also damaged
- there were many areas with more damage than us,that got flooded
- for us beryl was all on Monday 7/8 and Tuesday 7/9 it rained amd stormed ALL DAY
-our electricity went out (lights,AC,washing + dryer machine) and pretty much everyone else's
- when I say everyone I mean it. the hospitals,stores,and gas stations
- gas stations only accepted cash or zelle since they had no electricity and it was PACKED
- we couldn't even get a hotel for the few days our electricity was out cuz others took it
- the nrg stadium is full hospital patients since the hospitals don't have electricity
- I went to work yesterday ,we left early since or rained again and the deli and frozen food got cut off and spoiled
the poor inventory workers have ship all of the food back to suppliers to be the thrown away
- there was also news that a man got crushed by a huge tree while cleaning up debris from the storm
- even though the storm was over after two days. it still rained heavily every now and then up until late evening yesterday
