recently, i got to be a background extra / calefare for a movie HAHAHA it was my first time doing this so i was quite excited and didnt rly know what to expect
my pay was $50 per 6hr block, which meant that if the filming took <6hr i would still get the entire $50
this was how my experience went:
• for the first 2h me and the other extras just sat in the waiting room and used our phones / did our own thing HAHA some guy was even writing his school essay
~ but we also had to make sure our fits were ok and change if needed
• next 2hr: actual filming
total: 4hrs spent
overall i think its a very fun experience and u get to see the bts of the filming process. i also made a new friend and we might be going to more gigs tgt
