The world will celebrate you as long as you are useful.
As long as you have something to give, money, attention, pleasure, status, they will surround you, laugh with you, and make you feel important. But do not mistake noise for loyalty, and do not mistake attention for love.
You are not valued. You are being consumed.
The moment you have nothing left to offer, everything changes. The voices disappear. The invitations stop. The same people who once stayed close will vanish without explanation.
You will look around and realize you were never loved, only used.
That is the true nature of the world. It excites you to draw you in, then empties you until there is nothing left.

There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.
Sin never shows you the full picture. It shows you the pleasure, but hides the price. It gives you a moment, then takes everything.

Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.
You think you are enjoying it, but slowly, it is destroying you. Quietly, it is stripping you of dignity, peace, and purpose until you are left empty, restless, and alone.
Luke 15:16 kjv
And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him.
No one gave to him. Not one.
The same world that once took from him had nothing to give back.
That is how it ends.
Not with fulfillment. Not with peace.
But with emptiness, silence, and loss.

Reflecting on personal experiences, I’ve witnessed firsthand how the pursuit of worldly approval can leave us feeling hollow and disconnected. Often, we invest our time, energy, and resources trying to please others or chasing fleeting joys, only to find that these do not satisfy the deeper longings of the heart. The world’s applause is conditional—when you have something to offer, whether it’s money, status, or attention, people flock around, celebrating your presence. But when those gifts are gone, so too is the crowd. This dynamic, which seems harsh, actually teaches a vital lesson about where true value lies. Drawing from the wisdom of Proverbs 14:12 and James 1:15, it becomes clear that the paths promising immediate pleasure often conceal devastating consequences. The scriptural reminders speak to a universal truth: sin, while offering momentary delight, ultimately brings destruction and emptiness. I’ve found that recognizing this truth early can prevent much personal turmoil. Interestingly, Luke 15:16 paints a powerful image of desperation—that moment when what once seemed abundant now leaves a person utterly empty, craving fulfillment but receiving none. It poignantly captures how worldly pleasures can never truly satisfy our innate needs for love, acceptance, and purpose. In my journey, turning towards faith has been transformative. Trusting in God’s unwavering presence and love has filled the void left by worldly pursuits. Unlike fleeting human approval, divine love never fades or abandons. It provides a foundation of peace and purpose that worldly things cannot offer. This perspective shift—from seeking validation externally to finding it in God—has helped me stay grounded and hopeful, even when external circumstances change. It’s a reminder that while the world may consume us when we have something to give, God values us inherently, offering an unshakeable refuge that leads to true fulfillment.
Amen this message was right on time ... Trust in God..Betrayal & Deception is Real ... Being spiritually Drained or Empty is Dangerous & Doesn't feel Good ... This has definitely taught me something & I want to do better ...
